Great value room with all the necessities for accommodation on a budget. Comfortable beds, clean small bathroom with shower, towels and complimentary toiletries were much appreciated. Very convenient location too with many shops nearby, would definitely recommend.

Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke on the phone.

Great hotel. Experience was amazing from arrival to departure. A welcome and excellent service from the staff at reception and they were very helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean and it was a lovely touch to have coffee and tea available with a fridge with soft drinks that were complimentary. We will visit this hotel again as it’s far the best that we have ever stayed in.
